I appreciate that man this will be my first go at any kind of reader or anything of the sort haha I went ahead and downloaded the app last night and was looking around through it what does it mean by imperial? Like where its talking about dollar amounts and such?

If you're referring to imperial gallons, they are used in the uk. You can change torque to use us gallons instead somewhere in the settings. Units I believe.

Exactly this. Just take a look through all the settings. Make sure you turn on the ford specific pids to get all the monitors.

Can anyone tell me the ford specific PIDs to turn on. tourqe app just said something about if you didn't know what you where doing to not mess with it, that turning on the wrong ones could do something to my ECU, maybe a screen shot or something? And is that stuff I need to wait till I get my adapter to try an do I was gonna go ahead and set my vehicle profile up can I go ahead an do this before I pair my phone to the truck? Sorry about all these questions boys but I really just have no idea about any of this lol

Settings>manage pids>click option button on phone>add predefined set>choose Ford

My pictures are loading in the wrong order but you can get the jist I imagine.

No problem. Make sure you pay attention to your tire size if they arent factory spec. That can throw off all kinds of calculations off.
