hey guys im new to the forum and figured joining could help me get some input from some expirenced people... im lookin to get a power programmer but clueless on whats the best bet for me... i have a k&n cai and plan on getting an exhaust and was wondering whats the best programmer with this setup... thanks any info is greatly appreciated

Check craigslist for used 1s. You can usually get them pretty cheap, just make sure the guy returned it back to stock.

i just got my truck about a month ago and was reading about programmers giving the belt chirp noise... my truck does that now with just a cai is it possible my truck is already programmed? and if so when i buy another programmer can i erase the old?.. if this makes any sense

I doubt your trucks chipped now. But your belt could be real tight or getting old. When they get old sometimes they chirp. I wouldn't worry about it.
