The rear in my screw takes 75w140 synthetic. It's the 9.25" rear.

I just changed the tranny fluid in my 4r70w by doing a flush using the return line to exchange 14qts. Worked very well and firmed up my shifts quite a bit.

Yep. I put mine off for a little but once i got to it, it only took an hour and a half. The write-up was well done but heres my suggestions
1. It doesnt tell you about the heat shield issue. My truck has a heat shield between the cats and where you need to access the line. Bend it as tight as you can against the cat or it makes for really tight quarters.
2. Careful which filter you get. I didnt pay attention and autozone gave me one for a 4r100. They claimed that was the only filter in their database for a 5.4 4x4. I tried carquest and no luck so i sucked it up and handed over the big bucks at ford dealership.
3. On the final filling, check the level often because a 1/2 qt took me from not showing up on the dipstick to overfull

No problem. Should be a piece of cake compared to the work you've done

I would also recommend using DOT 4 break fluid because it has rust inhibitors and avoids the big rust problems with the brakes in older vehicles.

The auto trans takes about 4 quarts of Mercon Trans fluid when removing drain pan and changing filter. Transfer case also takes also takes about 2 quarts of Mercon If manual trans, the fluid change uses Mercon (3.75 quarts)

Other

Service battery

Check engine drivebelts (easy to replace and only costs about $30)

Drain, flush, refill cooling system

change rear axle lubricant (I have known people who never do this although ford recommends doing it every 60,000 mile). Check with Ford to make sure you refill with the proper fluid.

Chassis Lube

Check PCV valve

check your shocks
How do I check the PCV?
What do you do to service the battery?
Are gator belts worth buying?
And how many belts are there besides the main belt on the engine?
Also what all should I pay attention to when lining the chassis?
Sorry for all the questions I like to really know before I dive in.
I did the rear diff today and the trans case and front are next transmission soon after. And what shocks are the best ride/quality/price
Thanks guys

In my experience, spend the money and get Ford OE Motorcraft replacement parts.

Absolutely, well worth the extra few dollars for a better quality part that fits the right way!
