Default Bad acceleration

I have a 2000 f150 been having horrible acceleration. Not sure if I need to get catalytic converters checked or if it could be something else, please any suggestions.

When was the last time the plugs, O2 sensors, COPs, fuel filter, etc were changed? Motor information would also be helpful.

4.2 v6 got 108,000 mi I recently did the plugs and wires. Noticed it does it the most in overdrive. I can be cruising at 60 mph go up a slight incline and got to mash the gas to keep consistent accel.

Do a compression test and pressure test for the cats. Front O2 sensors should be changed every 100k miles and MAF should also be cleaned.
