Default back window is leaking!

I have a 97 f 150 extended cab with a slider, i have a leak somewhere that drips water on the back seat. Has anyone ever had to deal with this kind of problem? Whats the best way to fix it?

I had this problem and you can go to a junk yard and get a new rear window bezel to replace the old one, and when you take the old one off use some silicone caulking around the window before you put the new one on, or just try taking the old one off, silicone, and put back on. This should help you out without breaking the bank

i had my rear window seal replaced for around 200-220..cant remember exact price. if you dont wanna do it yourself and want a warranty, go to a glass shop or the dealer.

it was a recall or was supposed to be but they never did it not a safety issue. So about 85% of 97-2001 have that problem.

Been several other posts about this. Most all pointed to the high mount stop light. Might be a good idea to check it out, both here on the forum and on the truck.
