Back up lights?

On my previous pickup I wired mine as follows. You will need a relay. From the trip lug (#85) on the relay I have two wires coming in. One from a switch under the dash to allow trailer hookup at night. The second one from the backup lights this will allow them to come on with the backup lights. You will need to run a fused 12 volt power supply line back to the relay (#30). One lug is for the ground wire (#86). One lug for the wire going to the new lights to power them (#87).

I just put some super bright led bulbs in my back up lights. Works out great.

Check out this thread, it will give you some ideas. I personally put 6 eagle eye LEDs right in my bumper. They're spliced right into my reverse lights. They're really bright white light! When hooking up to my boat or camper in the dark its almost too bright lol!
