Talking Auto headlights

I just figured out how to make my fog lights turn on with my auto headlights. I just got tired of turning my light switch from auto all the way to on and pull it out to turn on my fog lights, so i started doing some research with my manual. I figured out that the fog lights have a relay under the hood and so do the parking lamps (which are a separate circuit from your blinkers). I tied both of the relay inputs together in the fuse box and now my fog lights turn on with my auto headlights. They also turn on when I turn my light switch to parking lights only.

Can you elaborate on what needs to be done because I really want my fogs to come on when my auto headlights do. Do I just run a wire from one to the other?

Please and thank you, John.

Merry Christmas from Canada!!!

Here's a pic of my fuse panel where I tied the two relays together.

Thanks Bryan, I'm gonna hook that up as soon as I have some free time. We had a death in the family this weekend so the next couple days are gonna be rough.

Thanks for posting the pic, I thought thats what I'd need to do I just wanted to be sure.

John.
