Default Ac problem still

I have a 2002 screw. So I have been having this problem with the ac. It will be working great then all of a sudden it turns to heat. I had talked to a lot of different people and they said orifice tube clogged or getting clogged. So last Saturday a friend and I replace the compressor, the dryer, and the orifice tube. I also replaced the fan with two 16 efans. Then took it out Sunday and it did it again. Talked with some guys from the ford house they said blend switch. Ordered and replaced the next day. Seemed to be working great then 400 miles into a 1400 mile it shut off again but only for a min. That was Thursday. Then yesterday driving thru Phoenix with it 111 from what the truck said it shut off for 45 mins. Then I pulled over just to look under the hood and got back it and it started working. Drove another 45 mins and it just kept getting colder and colder and got to blowing 59 out the vent. Any ideas at this time would be great.

Just taking a shot in the dark here but you think your belt is tight enough and not slipping or a bad belt tensioner? Hope this helps

Thanks for the idea but it is a new belt and tensioner. Replaced both a month ago.

That is the last thing. I just didn't want to have to move the dash up to change it like I have heard it takes to change it.

Condenser is in great shape. I hope there is a way to get it out with out removing dash. But I haven't heard of it yet.

My friends done it on his 02 he said remove the black plastic above trans tunnel, locate actuator (white plactis thing), unplug it, remove actuator, modify new actuator to fit back in (snip some material off mounting tabs to slide into place). plug in actuator. replace plastic.
