Those doors work via vacuum from your engine. I would check all the vacuum lines. There is a vacuum line that goes through the firewall on the passengers side and connects into some hardware near the battery. I would check that system out.

Well I have finally had time to replace the blend door motor. Ford charges 8 to 9 hours of labor to replace it I did it in 2 hours. Had to trim the floor duct work a little to get it out. I took the old motor out and plugged it back in to see how it ran and it barely moved. Then plugged in the new one move twice as fast and twice as far. So I am hoping that is it.
