Default 4x4 problem

Okay so I've been looking at other threads on the internet and I can't find out with the problem is I have no solution I've done all the steps and can't figure it out

Okay so the truck won't engage into 4w drive at all I have replaced the

transfer case shift motor
4wd selector switch

I have checked the solenoids and they both have have vacuum on the two hoses on the bottom
But the actuator won't move back and forth when I turn the switch so idk the green hose at the actuator has vacuum
Also when I replaced the transfer case shift motor there was only one brown wire the plug in and I put everything back like it was before so I'm at a loss !

Did you check the vacuum lines that run under the battery box?

Yes, they have fittings on the underside that could have came off or dry rotted? or are they on the backside of the battery tray, I cant remember?
