Search. That will answer all your questions. You have 2 options. Sell yours 2wd and buy a 4wd. Or you can solid axle your truck (A LOT of work)

Doing SAS is easier on a 2wd in my opinion. I have done a couple.

Yep. A lot of fab shops offer kits for mounting the leaf springs. Find a divorced t-case, have new driveshafts made, re-route the brake lines, and install a hydro steer kit (way easier than an old school steering box, pitman arm setup).

It's doable but you can probably swap to a 4wd truck for the same money, maybe less.

Axles were 650 for dana 60 hp and 14 bolt
Springs front and rear 800
Brackets made um
Driveshaft 150 plus modding for nother 100
Rims and tires 500
High steer arm made it
Heim joints 70
Steering linkage made it plus fitting 40
Pitman arm 80
456 gears 800 for both installed
Axle rebuild parts for both Proly round 400 plus 35 spline outer and warn lockouts for nother 300

Don't have a calculator but that has to be somewhere close to what cost me and im glad I went this route instead of a lift kit
