Question 2001 supercrew. having problems (4x4 and electrical)

hi, i recently bought a 2001 f150 supercrew. 4x4 5.4L engine. Its got a 5 inch lift and 35s.

when i bought it the 4x4 worked (tested it myself). cruise control fuse was blown. when it snowed hard here i put it in 4 low to get up a hill and then it got stuck in 4 low. we had to manually put it back into 2wd. now it wont go into 4 hi or 4 low (no clicking noises even). any ideas?

also the electrical problem. the cruise control doesn't work after replacing the fuse. neither does the overhead console? all the fuses look good.
please help!

ALSO: after the 4x4 stopped working... everytime i start the truck it clicks 4 or 5 times in the dash sounds like behind the speedo? (loud clicks)

the overhead consoles as far I know they are known to not work correctly, have you tested power to it?

The "clicking behind the Guages indicate to me a relay might be bad or battery voltage is off

Check fuse #23, top right... Check it good, even swap it just to see.... I've seen good looking fuses that are busted
