Default 2000 F150 - What would you do?

I have a 2000 F150 4x2,ext cab,4.6 V8, Auto Trans, 3.55 locker (factory gear) 8.8 axle.

The only performance related things I've done to my truck

1) True dual exhaust with Borla mufflers. I still have all 4 cats on my truck.

Help me decide which one of these things I should do next, and here are the following things I'm choosing from.

1) DiabloSport Predator 2 Performance Tuner 7102 ?

2) 3.73 ring and pinion ?

3) 3.90 ring and pinion ?

4) 4.10 ring and pinion ?

Most of my driving is in town driving, and I get on the interstate about 1 time every month and travel 3 hrs round trip.

I do tow a 1,800 lb utility trailer 3-4 times per week in town.

I like good low gearing in a truck. Makes towing, hauling, etc. easier on the truck and with 4:10 gear it should be fine on the interstate, some new trucks are geared more like cadillacs than trucks IMHO.

I'd do a 4.10 also. Gears are the best seat-of-the-pants upgrade you can do. Going from a 3.55 to a 3.73 isn't going to give you as much of a smile as a 4.10 would.

The thing I just thought about regarding the 4.10 gears is that down the line i want to get different wheels along with tire that are a little bit wider. I'm sure if I go wider tires the tire might end up being a little bit taller. Please advise.

Then for sure do the 4.10's. There's a 4.56 available for the 8.8 too, BTW.
