I would leave the brush guard off. I hate brush guards.

Any suggestions on what I should do about the factory mudflaps? I took them off and now some paint and corrosion are where they used to be

Leave the steps and brush guard off. Steps off make it look bigger, and a bull bar would look much better than the full guard

Make it a clean sleek truck no extra stuff looking good now just paint the flares I think would make it pop.

nice looking truck man, the headlights look good and those rims and tires look sick! here is what I would do if it was my truck. lose the bug guard, PTM the front and rear bumpers, PTM the mud flaps and put them back on to cover the corrosion, new 4x4 decals, lose the side moldings, restore the fog lights, and put 2-4 6" offroad lights behind the grille. that's just few things I would do. but it's a really nice truck I like the mods you have done so far
