Do a google search for the cluster look you want, then search for it on here. Odds are that someone, somewhere has done it. Another thing that has been widely discussed is a full cluster swap. There are some cons tho, like finding it in the first place and the initial cost of having a dealer flash it to show correct miles. If you have an XLT you can use an FX4 cluster without any problems, but lariat and KR would be a different story.

I was talking about the inlay but that red looks pretty cool. I found an inlay online that was installed into the cluster and it looks pretty good, it's not all white just the gauge areas like the dodges. Cost is 79 plus shipping. I'll be ordering it and then I'll post pics when I get it installed

You can use the wedge type LED's from superbright, those will work REALLY well, but there will still be lighter space where there are already LED's on the circuit board. So, you will have to get to those LED's and replace them. It's not too hard to do if you have some soldering skill and a steady hand, just be very careful! Go slow, and do it right the first time. I will take pics of a step by step of the process...
