Default Worn Steering Wheel Help

Hey fellow F-150 owners,

When I purchased my truck 7 years ago the top of the steering wheel was in bad shape. Looks like the previous didn't take the opportunity to wash there hands before they got in the truck and started driving. I looks like where they rested their hand in the center on top of the steering wheel and the oil and grime just wore down the cover. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I will try to take a picture of it at lunch and posted it here later. Luckily it has not gotten any worse of the course of my ownership.

Well I have searched "Steering Wheel" til I can't see straight. Anyone have a direct link to this steering wheel installation? How much does a steering cost? I figure they were quite expensive having an airbag in them.

What color is your wheel? I'm changing my gray one out for a black wheel. It does have some wear on the top but it's not that bad. If your looking for a gray wheel I'll sell you mine for cheap. If you want to save some money andf if this is something you're interested in let me know and I'll take some pics of the wheel for you. BTW, here's the link to the thread I think you're looking for https://www.f150forum.com/f4/has-any...l-wrap-193025/

Mine will have to be changed in the next couple years. stone/brick dust and dried mortar on my hands are doing a wonder on my steering wheel.

Why not just buy a steering wheel cover from Walmart? They cost like $20 and slide on. I had one from my previous vehicle and just put it on my newer to me truck. It's all black ill post a pic if you want.
