One of my buddy's trucks (who's wife is a soccer mom)
Has broken the wiring in her (05 f150 crew cab) door(s) 4 times now
Last time I went to the junkyard, found a low miles truck, and got another drivers door harness for hers
Ford school and the engineers used to tell us "there is 6 miles of wire in one of these new cars"
We told them, hell you need 7 or 8 then
I see rear doors breaking wires too, but few and far between

I have an 06 extended with 4 doors, Lariat model. the driver side was in an accident with the previous owner. I don't roll the driver side window down to stopping point b/c if I do it takes awhile for it to start going back up. But there's something loose in the door. The body shop that repaired it for the guy did a crappy job and I just haven't had the $ to repair it correctly.
