Default Will 2.5" level kit rub?

Hey guys
I want to put a 2.5" level kit on my 06 f150
I've heard that sometimes the upper control arm will rub on the strut spring?
Or something close ha I don't remember exactly
Wil it cause any rubbing?

Also?,will going with a 2.5" level kit have any negitive effects on the trucks front end/drive line ?

Depends on the tire/wheels you plan on running weather it will rub or not. You MUST get the truck aligned after the leveling kit is put on. A 2.5" level will not hurt your drive line or CV angles. Any bigger and it would. Hope this helps!

You do wanna book it in fairly soon after installing it. Just drive hundreds of miles with the alignment. It will feel a little strange until you get the alignment. Almost like it's tip toeing when goin highway speeds.

2.5 level wont hurt anything at all, im running one and it drives like a champ. Agreed about the alignment, if a shop is putting the level on tell them to do the allignment and level all at once that way you never have to worry about it.

I have a 06scab with the 35"x12.5" r18 nitto trail grapplers on the stock xlt 18" rims and they DID rub on the upper control arm just before full lock and in reverse. I just upgraded to a 6" fabtech im loving it the steering has improved. I was told my tires only rubbed before because nittos are wider than they say didn't make sense to me but my buddy has a 08stx 4x4 and his 35"x12.5"r17"s don't rub with just a rough country level. Hope that helps ya.
