Hello everyone just got my truck about a month go. And decided to look under it and found that there a holes hanging it on the driver side of the rear Differential. Not sure what's it is for or where it goes. If anyone can help me with this thanks.

Did you maybe mean a hose, and not a hole?

Should be a rear axle vent hose attaches to the rear axle on the drivers side. Goes up should be a clip that it goes in to keep the axle vented and hose hangs high to keep water out..

Yep, axle vent hose. Should be attached to the bottom of the bed.

Look for a clip above it on the underside of the bed you can attach it to. If you can't find such a place, just zip tie it to the frame or other non-moving part. When you fasten it up, you'll want the end of the hose to be pointing down toward the ground, so that the hose is shaped like a candy cane. This will help prevent water from getting into the differential housing.
