Default What is this?

Does anyone know what this thin black kinda stiff tube is? It's on my 4.6 STX. It's got a round plug in it. It just hangs by the PCV and by the battery.

It's a vacuum line and check valve for the 4x4 IWE system. Generally connected to the solenoid though....

Bleed offs are located just above the IWE's on both sides, and are curved 180 deg.
