Meh, what was the point here? That a local shop offered more parts prices then what you asked for?
And many places argue that our front shocks are not refered to as "struts" but rather a coil over shock. I've heard some arguments that a "strut" is an adjustable part of a front suspensions alignment; ours is not adjustable to align the front.

But in a case like this, I had to post the email here to see if I might have been wrong about my truck all along, such as maybe I had the wrong names for certain parts or maybe my truck does / does not have something I thought it did / didn't. I needed a double check just in case.

Okay, that makes sense now. Nothing Apple does transfers well to anything, in my experience.
The lady emailed me back. Whereas the service center initially told me I had all struts front and back, she is now saying all four wheels have shocks, and that I do not have coil springs. I sent her a picture of my front left coil spring and told her I was confused. Now this is just funny.
