Lol, I'm not sure what mine is. Think its $250 for theft, I know its $500 for accidents. (which is annoying as hell) insurance companies screw you 10 ways to Sunday.

Home depot, has the locks for these, look in the mailbox section. They have a few to choose from. Also sears has them, same lock in a mechanic toolbox.

You got a cheap locksmith. I was quoted between $75-90 from 3 different joints around town, and that didn't include the keys!

Edit: I found out how they "unlocked" it. The lock had some slight back and forward wiggle that I never noticed after I installed it. If you shove it backwards, you can rotate it away from the handle's tab. They must've pushed and twisted it with a screw driver.
all the lock smith has to do is look at the number on the lock and they just grab a key off the shelf and make a double of that, took the guy maybe 15 minutes to find the key, make a copy of there master, then make a double.
