Default Thinking of adding some Monstaliner.

I have a gallon of bed liner (Monstaliner) left over from bed lining the inside of my Jeep a while back. I am wanting to use it to coat my roof and the raised portion of my hood and the grill. The roof because it is oxidized and starting to rust. The hood because I think it will look good. I also want to do the bumpers and running boards later on. What do yall think?

Pick of bed lined jeep and my truk now.

I've Herculined a few beds and some rockers on previous trucks. It is good stuff and probably similar to monstaliner but after awhile when it dulls it kinda looks crappy. And it won't stop rust just covers it, on my tundra I used to have, it rusted through on the bed and looked like crap

Do a little reading on monstaliner and you will realize it is nothing like hurculiner. It is 100% UV permanent so it won't fade or dry rott. It also prevents rust from forming because, if prep and application is done right, it creates and air tight seal. It is also the thickest DIY bedlined on the market.

Just to clarify I am not looking for suggestions on the type of bed liner. I am mainly asking about cosmetic opinions like if someone has any other ideas on other places to apply that may look good.

Personally I think it would look weird.

You wouldn't really be able to see the roof depending on how far down the pillars you come. But I feel as if only doing a portion of the hood will look odd and out of place.

The roof is only being done because it is oxidized and starting to rust so I don't really care if you can see that or not. The reason I only want to do the raised portion of the hood is because it tappers straight into the grill.
And you think it would look out of place even with the bumpers and running boards (silver accent on the side of the truck) bedlined as well?

Doing those other things would definitely help tie it all together.

Get rid of the rust before you cover any areas.

I know
Chasis saver will go on prior to bed lining. It is made by the same company as the bed liner, magnet paint company. The bed liner also requires a good base coat of paint to adhere properly. I had to do touch ups on the jeep tub prior to bedlining as well.

Once again, not looking for this kind of input.
