Default Are these guys from mars?

Ford Dealer story that had to be seen to be believed..(I have pics...LOL)

Yesterday I found a nail in my driver front tire. Ok "so what" you say...I Just bought the F150 Saturday, it had 75 miles on it. So I took it to my local Wal-mart (I Know, ..but it was after 6PM so whats a guy to do...) Anyway. Wal-mart said they wouldn't touch it and i had to get a new tire...Uh...it has 75 miles on it i said! .... brilliant thought hit me. - the ford dealer I bought it from is right across the street...what did I have to lose? so off I went to the dealer service dept. No-one home, Shop was closed up so I went inside the showroom and found my sales rep still there! She made a quick call and two guys came running out and told me they would take care of it. They rolled up the doors and took it in jacked it up and pulled the tire, nail and patched it and replaced it no charge!. ...Now here's the good part.. (yeah its gets better...LOL) The two guys were the Service Manager and the Dealership OWNER !!! Holy Ford Commercial!....

Dealers often get bad reps, but its nice to be a recipient of OUTSTANDING customer service. thats the owner on the left and service manager on the right (bad cell phone pics)

I have never had a problem with ford tec or management, just the pushy salesmen, but its their jobs, so I cant get that mad about how the act.

My dealer knew that we were not there to waste time. My mother in law is 5' 3" and all fire. We call her Mighty Mouse. She told him that we were shopping for me and did not want to jack around. We talked numbers and we walked out with my baby.

Well, as it turns out, my story just turned into a local TV Ford Commercial for real... whoda thunk it....
