Default Textured basic valance painted.

So I wanted the HD valance, but the cheapest I could find it was $380 shipped from a ford oem parts website. So I decided to buy the basic valance w/o tow hooks and get it painted. I just thought I would put this up in case some of y'all have wanted to paint yours, but didn't know how it would turn out, or what it would look like. So here it is:

Don't know what ricey means lol, but yeah I like the smooth rounded front end look of this one.

I did not care for the rounded look I had, so I bought the Roush valance/spoiler. It does not curve out like the FX2, but rather comes down straight, giving it the NASCAR style truck look.

That's what I love about these trucks...so versatile, you can switch up your style numerous times.

You can get a FX2 valance off eBay for around $120. The only places that have the HD valance are websites that sell oem ford parts, or every blue moon you'll come across someone trying to sell theirs.
