Double DIN Head Unit

Im looking for a good double DIN head unit for my 06 f150. Anyone that has one...I'm looking for advice on what to get and what size screen will fit in my truck.

You should head over to the "stereo/audio" section of this forum. Good posts there on this subject. Try the search on "recommended" or "double DIN".
