Default Tailgate Strength

We would like to load our quad into our '07. With a total weight of about 800#, up two ramps, will the tailgate handle the weight? Thanks. Clint

Your driving a Ford not a Toyota...Don't worry about the tailgate.

I would wory less about the tailgate, and more about the straps that hold it up and the hinges. Just make sure that they stay in good shape, and you will be fine.
