Default Stupid Question Time

I'm about to change the plugs on my 07 Scab with the 4.6L. Is there the same plug breaking issue as the 5.4L and do I need to remove the fuel rails to change the plugs? Any tips or advice is welcome.

If you can feel it in your steering wheel I would check your balljoints and other stuff that is tied into your steering.

You don't need to remove the fuel rails. The coils come right out. It looks like they wouldn't, but they do.

Two things, your hijacking somebody's thread and you aren't making any sense. Read some of the threads and maybe you can start your own with better information, there are a ton of great guys on this forum who will help you out but you need to explain yourself a little better. Welcome to the forum.

Lift up the front end of your truck, the whole front in, and with your key forward, shake your tire right to left and up and down, put some muscle in it top to bottom, if there is any play left to right it's most likely your tie rods, if it's up to down its ball joints, if it's both, it's probably your wheel bearing. If it's shaking in your steering wheel then it's one of those three things
