yeah i know man its been a long time coming.. been asking about different lifts and going back and forth for months.. id like to put it on myself but my garage is packed full of crap and my driveway is slanted which sucks for using jacks and stuff.. id personally rather pay the 650 for the tools and have those tools and do it myself instead of paying the 650 for my local shop to do it but i guess ill just let them do it

I hear ya, wouldn't really be safe doing it on an incline. My truck doesn't even fit in my garage, plus it's my woodworking shop so don't feel bad.

Are extended brake likes needed for a 8" lift? I believe they might be.

Good luck with it. I'm sure you'll have tons of fun. What are you doing for tire/wheel setup. Are you changing the gearing?
