Mine was whining bad. Sounded like I had a gear drive until I got to about 30 mph. Bought a new tensioner, took it to the shop and they had it on in 15 minutes. Cost me $30 for install. Worth it since the weather has been horible lately. Sounds brand new and I can hear my pipes again. LOL
