I don't know if you have a lift or not but if you do, you need to make sure you get the correct shocks for the rear. I had to go to a local 4x4 shop and have them measure the rear shocks to make sure I got the correct ones. And the best/right shock/strut depends on what kind of driving you do and what kind of ride you want. But IMO I'd get a Nitrogen charged shock/strut.

R-9000s on the back a few months ago, and the R-9000 quick struts went on a couple weeks ago. Installs are easy. My old front struts were both seeping from the tops. Got the front alligned yesterday.

2006 SCAB 4x4 STX, with 101K miles. Measured from the top of the tires to the fenders, the old front was exactly 2.5" lower than the rear. The tire to fenders are now dead even, front and back. I'm actually hoping the front settles about 1/2 an inch or so.

Front set at 5 and rear on 6 at the moment. I will probably set both 1-2 higher in the near future.

No I went with Bilisein. Mine is a 2wd so no lift. But the handling improved a ton as well. My originals had 100k on them
