Default Shifter light question

ok so I have ordered 2 sets of LED bulbs to replace the shifter light. Nether set has worked. 194 and 168 bulbs. they fit just wont turn on. Does anyone know what the problem could be? every other light in the truck works fine.

thanks

If not bend the pins out in the outlet to help make a tighter fit and ensure connection. Just need to do a slight bend, don't go crazy lol.

perfect! that did it. bent the pins a little with a scribe and she worked. I was able to use the extra LED bulbs in the dome lights

THANK YOU!

yea me too... now if I could only figure out a way to mount these LED projector fog lights and get these damn reverse sensors to work. I just replaced one but now it looks like it might be a wiring issue.
