Hahahahahahaha....

You're obviously not from NY.

EDIT:

On second thought, if that looks like a lot of rust for your area, you might wanna pop the hood and look around more. Might have been flooded?

The reason for asking is i live in arkansas and that truck is for sale in Tennessee. And i dont mind driving that far but just trying to get opinions before i make that trip.

I couldn't say. Where I live, that little rust is a rare find. If that truck is different than most that you've seen, there may be bigger issues.

Maybe it was run in a salt state for a year... or maybe it was Flooded... or maybe it's just rusty.

That little rust won't mechanically hurt the truck, the engine will die twice before the frame rusts through. If you think it looks bad, don't buy it.

Only way to really know if it's an issue would be to take a look at the truck, and if that's your only concern, I'd say go check it out. I personally like driving all day, even if it's for nothing.. you might not.

Well.. that's my opinion. =)

I wouldnt worry about the frame looking like that. Real common around here and its a long way from rotting out. The paint the factory puts on frames and parts under vehicles is never all that great.
