Hopefully this has not yet been asked. I have as you can see, an 04' SC. I am wanting to take the carpet out and put a pre-molded rubberized floor to replace the carpet. My wife has an '05 Ranger that came that way, but I have checked the Ford Dealers and am told that was never an option ... thoughts?

 

I know there are full liner mats available. Look at page 113 of the lmctruck catalog (available at their website).

 

Isnt that how XL work trucks come? I thought they had rubber floors.

 

STX models come with a rubber floor liner. Just look in my build thread there's a pic of my interior in there somewhere.

 

I have an XL that came with rubber floors. They're fantastic.

 

I have the rubber floors in my stx and I LOVE THEM... never want carpet again.

 

One of the things that I noticed going from rubber floors in my last truck to the carpet in this one is how much quieter the cab is with carpet. If you're going to switch to rubber, definitely put in some sound/heat deadening under it.

 

I'd like to put a rubber floor in my 98 supercab as well, where can I buy a direct fit?

 

Ford regular and supercab applications ford puts them in some xl's and the stx's. You could probably buy on from ford online if you have a regular or supercab. If you have a super crew, maybe aftermarket?
