here are some pics of the Roush lower grille install.
the grille comes with the brackets installed.
1. remove the outer vallance bolts from behind the bumper (ones right behind the ends of the bumper opening)
2. pop the top licence plate brackets (push in and pull up, pull out)
3.tape around the opening (to keep from scratching, masking tape works great.... can use it off the grille if ya need to.)
4. slide the grille in the bumper opening (bracket first)
5. put driverside bracket behind bumper and install on grille (leave bolts a few turns loose)
6. install bolt into pass side grille (bracket to bumper) leave a little loose
7. install bolt into driver side, leave a little loose
8. tighten grille to bracket bolts
9. tighten bracket mount bolts
10. pop licence plate mount back onto top of bumper.
11. enjoy

is the grille plastic or metal. the ebay listing for $109 says its chrome over plastic? is that correct? can you link me over toi the one you use? also does it have the ford emblem in the middle? or plain?

 

same 109 from Roushoverstock, it comes with a bracket to mount your emblem too the grille.

 

for $180 you can get the grill and lower? Is it all Roush? Does it include shipping to 89131?

I want this...how does the ford badge attach?

 

there is a bracket that goes around the rib on the back of the grille, and the pins on the emblem go through the bracket and then fastens with the nuts.
