Default Quick spark plug question

Ok mine is a 04 i am chaneing the spark plugs i have only had this truck for like a few weeks but anyway i pulled the plugs and they are motocraft but they have a orange tip on them does this mean they have never been changed since it rolled out of the factory?

A little off topic but if you change your plugs put new coils on while you're in there... seems like a common issue w/the coils going bad.

What is the number on the side of the plug? PZH14 is the updated plug and means they've been changed. PZT14 would likely be originals or at least changed before the updated plug.

I guess it's possible they could be OE... Only way to know would be to ask the PO or stumble upon a service record. How mAny miles on the truck?

Looks kinda like rust to me.

177k all of the plugs was luke that it looks like they was painted on
