Rick McDaniel, if the brake line was compromised on the drivers side would it make it pull to the left ?

Yes, you can still turn rotors with holes or slots in them. They just take a bit more time because you should only take 1 - 2 thousands of an inch off at a time.

Is it a one-time quick pull when you first press the pedal, that then levels out to even stopping power? Or is it a constant, fighting the wheel pull until you get stopped? Different possible causes for those two scenarios.

Its a constant pull to the left, if I am going 15mphish and I slam on the brakes hard, the steering wheel will make one full and complete turn to the left before stopping.

Could it have something to do with the ABS system ?

Just dawned on me. Is the Vacuum line to the hub disconnected on that side?

Have you replaced the passenger side brake hose? The inner wall may have collapsed, causing a restriction under pressure. A failed brake hose can cause that.

My remans fixed my lockup problem a long time ago.Your drivers hose maybe acting like a check valve and not letting brake release .But what do I know . It may take a good brake shop to find it perhaps it is the master cyl .I really don't know how the lines break out there .Jack it up and pull tires see if one side locking up .Spin it .I would check bushings on sway ,control arms sway bar ends ,ball joints
