hey looking to get a programmer and am not sure which one to get for my 5.4.
any suggestions??

 

well i have a 4.6 and i added a superchip recently and holy shart did it make a difference! i believe your truck might use the same model as mine which was model #1815. if you go on ebay you can find them pretty cheap on there (around $250). also i think they make an updated version of the 1815, but i'm not sure. good luck!

 

what yr is ur f150 i have a 04 with a 5.4 and a diablo programmer and it made a heck of a difference but the one u could maybe look into is the trinity from diablo

 

edge evo is really nice. helped my truck out a lot after lifting it.

 

I'm looking into getting a programmer for my 06 5.4 also. I was just wondering, what kind of differences are you guys seeing in your trucks?

 

Ive got the edge and i noticed a big change in throttle response.

 

I got the SCT X3 and it made a big difference and I only have it on 87/89 tune.

 

i heard the edge gives you tranny problems and ive never seen my truck with a diablo tuner on it so idk what to expect

 

Have the edge in mine runs great! Never heard of tranny problems before when running the edge.
