According to my 2005 Ford wiring diagrams, it's the light blue/black striped wire that powers the power windows. This wire gets its "feed" from the accessory delay relay in the fuse box.

My guess would be to connect this wire (light blue/black) to a constant power source to do what you want it to do. All power windows connect into this wire loom via a connector "C270N" which is connected to this relay over by the right side A-pillar.

Thanks Bucko, That is the info I needed. If I am understanding this correctly I can just cut the light blue/black wire near the fuse box and wire it to a fused hot wire that is always on. Atom did mention a concern about constent power to the regulators but wouldent it still be swicthed at the up/down buttons? Thanks again
