Yes, it is the drivers side. I am getting the same code and I am thinking of replacing my high flows.

or you could just pull that rear sensor and mod it. I have done it many times to mustangs, but works on all cars. i do it all within the sleeve and use heat shrink, when done looks unmodded, costs 3$ max. here is a website showing how.

New rear 02's might fix it.. You can also get spark plug non fouler's, drill em out, then screw them into the bung, then screw your rear 02 into them.........
This will make your PCM think the cats are working efficiently, even if they are not. If codes still persist then replace the front cats..

It is however unlikely that your rear 02's have just failed, unless they are noticeably damaged.. Replacing the cats is the most likely solution to your problem. A misfire in the past probably melted down one of the cats.. A wiser investment in 02 replacement will be with the front 02's, since they actually adjust the fuel trims where the rears just check the cats work....

I have had a past misfire is there a cheap aftermarket cat replacement. Don't really want a high flow one that'll make it louder

Not really a stupid easy or cheap way out of it.. Factory fit is pricy, and hi flows will need welding and possibly new bungs and flanges bent. You can get a set of 94106 hi flows for $130 and just hand the work off to an exhaust shop for around $300.. Still cheaper then a single side OEM cat replacement with pre bent pipe and flanges.
