Default PHP custom tune

Has anyone got a custom tune from PHP? How long does it take for them to write it?

Never heard of them. I got my custom tune from MPT performance. I had it emailed to me in 2 days and love it. Way better than the edge tuner I had

Just go straight to MPT. You will NOT regret it. It's like adding another tuner on top of the original tuner.

If I could do it all over, I would have got the SCT over the Edge because SCT has more options for custom tunes. Edge only has PHP and they're crap to deal with. Can take up to 8 weeks to get a tune and they're service is garbage. I'm tempted to sell my Edge to get a SCT but I'm just to lazy to deal with the hassle of selling.

I agree PHP is crap. I have proven runs of 0-60 in 6.2-6.8 seconds. They would not answer me as to if they could tune to make it faster. But would answer other emails I sent, like on pricing and turn around and downloading their software. I heard they wont tune any Edge product except the Evolution......(no CS or CTS tuning)

I had great service from them when I tried to convert my edge to gryphon. Ended up buying a gryphon because they were so good with my edge that was fried. I'm sorry you think you're 0-60 is the ultimate measuring stick, but not even close. Have you data logged your engine? Do you know what your fuel curves look like? Do you think what you can change on your screen is the best? You have no way of proving your tune for your truck is good with any data besides your 0-60. I have not ordered a tune from them, so I can't speak of the turn around time etc, but I hate to see someone get a bad rep when there is no data to back it up. Many have used their tunes and are satisfied.

I didn't have a bit of trouble with PHP nor with them getting me my custom tunes. I just installed a new ECM/PCM and have to have my tunes rewritten. Very fast turn around time for me. No complaints with PHP whatsoever. When I first got my programmer/tunes there weren't near as many choices out there as there are now so that has to be added into the equation/debate as well.
