I worked on a 2005 f250 superduty not to long ago with same code. It ended up being a broken wire on the engine side of harness. U got to take off the protective wire stuff to check it. The truck was a friend of mine. He ended up changing all four sensors twice. And the maf sensor before I got to it. So that being said double check the wire. Easiest way is to take out the inner wheel well to get a better access.

Just replaced the upstream o2 man was it a son of a gun!! And that's putting it nicely! Cleared the codes and drove about 10 miles. Didn't come back on so far.
