baking your headlights or other objects to loosen silicone.. then you disassemble everything... paint.. then re-assemble

I have found that it works well on some lights and its a real beotch on others....good luck. I did it to my old car and it worked great, tried it on my ranger headlights and couldn't get the housing to even budge...

Now I have a question for ya tho..

I have heard that by painting my fog lights eve with a automotive high gloss paint it wont reflect the light and my fog lights will be pretty much useless.

Any feedback??

well ya, if u paint the reflective part of the light it will kind of defeat the whole purpose of the light...the bulb is only a small fraction of the amount of light that comes out of the housing,u need the reflection..thats why u can have the HD headlights and still have pretty much the same light output as stock because the inside is black but the parts that reflect the light are left "chrome" see my avatar for example
