hey man i just did the exact same thing... I have 35x12.50 on 20 inch rims. I went aftermarket with a mid offset. it does rub.. i have had to remove the front factory fender trim to cut them down a bit... I did a 2.5 inch procomp metal level kit.

I didn't go aftermarket that's the problem. So now I need to space it with spacers which come in Monday or Tuesday. There's a groove starting on the inside of the tire but what am I gunna do. Gotta just go with it until the spacers come.

So I got my 1/4" spacers put on tonight. What would cause one side to clear and the other not to? My steering wheel does pull to the right meaning an alignment is in need. Would that possibly be the cause?

This is the side that rubs. It's better than before thought.

Damn, I never heard of that before. Looks like they rubbed pretty bad before the spacers...never seen them alter the BJs like that...crazy. Glad you semi got it fixed though. Hopefully you can figure out whats up with that one side...I unfortunately dont have a clue. Could be the way your coilovers are sitting with the level, could be the spacers and how they are sitting on the hub...but I doubt its either one.

Wow your rubbing that thing raw buddy!
When you put the spacers on were they hub centric? Did it fit nice and tight or loose to the hub bore? It could certainly be your alignment if you haven't had one already.
Either way, that tire is real close to the UCA. If you want to have some fun with your truck and those tires, you may want to consider a different offset rim.

BTW, your truck is looking shahhhrp!

I can fit a whole finger inbetween the left side though, which is why I'm wondering it may just be an alignment. I had an alignment done after my level. But it has since gone unaligned.

That is possible...The toe could be out and once they unscrew the tie rod end to push out the tire you will have a bit more room...that is totally possible. Weird it is out of alignment just putting the tires on but it is absolutely worth a shot. No need to ruin those nice tires.
