wow, yeah I haven't heard of them rubbing like that. I would try the alignment to see if that corrects the problem. Truck does look good though...

Yep..thatll do fine...if it is in fact the problem. I had mine done at Town Fair Tire for $69 bucks and they have the machine that attaches to the tires not the rims so they said as long as the truck fits in the overhead door, they can align it no matter how big the tires. They did a good job too...not sure what kind of shops you have where you are but I was super picky when it came to the alignment. I had to talk to the guy who was doing to make sure he knew what he was doing...69 bucks is nice but 1400 in tires is way more important.

Perfect thanks. What type of questions should I ask first. Clearly do you hook up to the tire and not the rim

I was kinda disappointed with TFT. I had to get aligned twice already, because my steering wheel was off to the left a little.. And its still off....I'm gonna bring it to a different TFT because the guy who does the alignments near me was too busy on his phone and not paying full attention to the job... It took him an hour to do it the first time and 15 min the second time... All angles are on except the steer ahead measure was off to the left again.. He never went in the truck to check the wheel on my truck the second time but he did the first time... The clerk at TFT said it could be radial pull... But the truck drives like its on rails straight as an arrow, no pull.. He also said there is no adjustment for the steering wheel... In my past experience of aligning myself, with string referencing the back tires, I always had to start with a straight wheel, and then tighten up everything accordingly. I've even found slop in my pitman arm this way... What gives? Is he right about no steering wheel adjustment? He says its all done from under the truck with no need to check the wheel in the cab... In not buying this story, but I've never aligned this truck so I don't know... Any input?

The rim

These devices hook to the rim and reference the rear to adjust the front.

Doesnt matter where u go, as long as they know what they are doing. I always ask for the specs and results of it so I know they did it right. I dont trust very many people with my truck though.

It really depends on who does it honestly...you could have some retard at ford do it and someone at a local shop be some guru who does an amazing job...if you have any truck buddies around you ask them and see if they recommend a place.

Yeah same here...at Town Fair Tire they go over the printout with you and give it to you. I have had them deviate from the specs before and had them prove to me it was done.
