Default which offset will be better?

I've got a choice of either -12 or +18 for 18x9" xd badlands. what should I do? 04 lariat 4x4, 2.5" hbs level, pro comp add a leaf, and 35x12.5 tires.
Pics of wheels in that offset would be awesome even if they are differant wheels.

Thanks!
David

its all about how you want it to look, either yyou want it to stick out with the -12 or do you want the rims to tuck into the fender with the +18

I'd get the negative offset for sure .. More bad***** stance in my opinion when the tires stick out a little, especially with bigger tires

Truck would look way better with the wheels farther out. Go -12 for sure

-12 for sure negative offset gives it a mean stance my old 17s were -12mm

I would want them tucked in as long as they don't rub

Would +18 rub? I live on gravel and would prefer the rocks stay under the truck and jot on the sides

You will NOT fit a 35x12.5 with a 4.5" BS wheel (-12mm on a 9" rim) without a 6" lift or a 2.5" level + 3" body...guaranteed. The +18mm will fit perfect. That is over an extra inch of backspace that will allow your wheels to turn. I had 20x9 rims with a +12mm offset (5.5" BS) with a 35 x 11.6 tire and it was perfect.

Agree with 06f150 that with just a level the 35s will not fit with-12 offset. You will still have slight rubbing with the +18. If you can find nine inch wide wheels with +35 offset you will have the least possibility of rubbing and they will tuck in the best. I have 8 inch wide with +25 (similar to nine with +35) and 315/70/17 which are close to 35s and have zero rub with two inch level.
