I presume you did some exhaust work to handle the gobs of horsepower going through your engine.

I'll also leave some similar ideas here as well.

I know its your truck, so do what you like. I understand being innovative and original. But to me, that intake and air ram set-up would never touch my truck.

I know - and it won't touch your truck. I think you guys assume I'm taking this more seriously than I actually am.

You get an A for effort in my book Billy...

Unfortunately tho, the location of the scoop is too far back. The air tends to really flow better towards the front of the hood, right where the grill meets the hood.

If you urn that spot into a heat extractor vent and move a lower profile scoop forward you will really see a difference.
Your hood is garbage now, so there's no sense in being shy with it, if anything it's time to experiment further..

Or buy this: super snake hood..

Can you see the pics?

Yeah, I think I'm gonna ****** up this hood too..
I really like how subtle it is.. Not too over the top.
Unless I can find the actual super snake hood..

Thanks, man. Yeah, I was planning on installing the scoop closer to the front, but I wanted to position it so that I wasn't cutting through too much of the double wall underneath - and there was a nice single wall portion right towards the middle. Plus, it made it easier to bolt-down the scoop on the flatter part of the hood, instead of trying to form the underside of the scoop to the curve of the front of the hood.
