Not a usual lean problem...

They said it DEFINITELY needed a re-tune, because it's pulling in more air than an off-the-shelf CAI and the fuel tables couldn't level-out the a/f ratio. They even sent the updated tune files over before I paid for the update ($18) in good faith so that I could get 'em right away. Loaded them into the tuner, and re-tuned the truck. She's now tip-top, and running strong. HUGE difference. I highly recommend sending data logs to MPT if you're having trouble with any of their tunes. Before the re-tune, I also had an issue were my ignition timing was yo-yoing between 14 degrees and 34 degrees when going downhill with my cruise control still engaged - which has also been fixed. The engine RPM still dips around 70 km/h, but not to the point of it bogging down.
Overall, super relieved.

It couldn't hurt to give them a call and tell them you want to send them a data-log to help refine your tune...
Except mine cost about $40.
And the intake's modeled after an Airaid, but with larger diameter tubing. I'm not going to pay $500 for a plastic tube.
