I have a 08 Lariat and it came with the back up camera built into the rear view mirror. It does work pretty good but the one on my wife's Audi S6 is the bomb!

You should be able to get the parts from ford. There was a thread on here a while ago saying how much the parts cost from ford, so you might want to search around on here a bit.

NGM, are you talking about actual pop ups? I haven't had one of those in over 2 years.

fordct202 well the back up camera on her S6 pictures comes in through the Nav screen and it's huge. In the picture you actually get lines showning the path the car will be taking as you turn the steering wheel. As you turn the wheel the lines move and show the course the cars on.

Costco has a couple between $70-$75. It is wired through the reverse lights and has a 2 1/2 - 3" screen. The camera part is bolted on to the same part as the license tag.
