I've been extremely busy so I haven't responded in a while. I replaced the fusible links and nothing. Read online about using a jumper to make sure the starter is fine, the starter is good and the engine turns over but doesn't start. I read also it could be the starter fuse and replaced that. No luck, I finally have some down time from working 18 hour days for the past few months so I gotta get this goin again. Anyone have any more ideas? Would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Did you check the fusible links with an volt/ohm meter? If one is open, replace it, BUT NOT WITH REGULAR WIRE!!! Replace it with another fusible link; they are made to work like a fuse and basically melt "open". Using regular guage wiring will cause an electrical fire, and then "boom"!

Yes I checked them. One was bad so I replaced all 3 (its just the three under the plastic cover about 6 inches from the battery right?) I got 10 feet of fusible link wire from naps and replaced them with that.

No power to the obd2 port either. Tried checking for codes and couldn't. I still think it may be some sort of a fuse but I have checked all the obvious ones I think that could be related. Can 1 fuse even for this?

Maybe somewhere in your loop of batteries your ground is broken or not connected?

Nope, they are fine. All accessories off the other batteries work fine
